These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Shader Lab ("the Service"), operated by Michael Thomas / Jiagual Media.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Karleido is a browser-based creative tool for generating and exporting audiovisual content.

You agree not to:
You retain ownership of your created content.
You grant us a limited license to store and process content solely to operate the Service.
If you use Pro features to save projects or assets, you authorize us to store those files in private cloud storage and to use them only as needed to provide, secure, restore, sync, and delete service to your assets and your project data.
We retain all right, title, and interest in the original VJ loops, images, shaders, source files, presets, visual assets, and related materials provided through the Service ("Original Assets").
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Original Assets within the Service and to incorporate them into your own videos, performances, livestreams, recordings, edits, compositions, and other creative works ("User Works"), including for commercial purposes.
You own your User Works, excluding the Original Assets themselves.
You may not copy, extract, download, redistribute, sublicense, sell, publish, make available, or offer the Original Assets as standalone files, stock media, templates, shader packs, VJ loop packs, or substantially unchanged assets, whether for free or for payment. Any permitted use must meaningfully incorporate the Original Assets into a larger original work and must not enable third parties to access or reuse the Original Assets separately.
Certain features may be restricted based on your access tier.
Attempting to bypass restrictions may result in suspension.
If accessing the Service as part of a beta:
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
